All the offers on this site have been carefully selected to ensure that you make the most of your stay in our resort.

Seasonal Lets 

We manage over 1000 seasonal lets in Serre Chevalier, all with the Gîtes de France or Clévacances label of quality, or classified by the Hautes Alpes departmental administration. All of these rental properties are visited and assessed for classification every five years.

Gîtes de France rentals

These rural 'gîtes' are often in traditional houses or properties in the countryside. When you arrive you will be met by the owner. The Gîtes de France quality label guarantees you precise standards of comfort on to a 1 to 5 scale of 'épis' and in accordance with a nation-wide quality charter. 

Clévacances lets

These are often villas, traditional buildings, chalets, town houses or apartments and can be found in towns and the countryside. The Clévacances label offers 5 'clés' (1-5) or levels of comfort.

Meublés de tourism (furnished tourist lets)

A meublé de tourism is a house or apartment that has been classified by the Hautes Alpes departmental administration, or préfecture, into 5 categories according its level of comfort in an ascending order of stars (1-5 stars).

Tourist apartments

These are luxury apartments with a personalised service.
Additional services are on offer, such as bed and house linen, house keeping, 24hr welcome etc.

Hotels

In this section you'll find all our accommodation providers offering hotel style services (room + breakfast, half-board or full-board). For the most part, the prices given are per person, based on a double room.

Villages de Vacances

As well as accommodation, these centres offer a range of leisure activities including: swimming pool, paddling pool, mountain biking, canoeing, events, evenings, trips. You will also find activities and clubs for children and teenagers as well as play areas. There are other facilities, such as laundries, snack bars and restaurants, on-site.
